We collect and process your personal data when you visit our website, provide the information requested for us to manage your tenancy agreement, or when you provide the same information to a third-party letting agent (if applicable), and through the use of CCTV for security purposes.

The data we collect about you and how we collect it

When you interact with us, our website or enter public areas in any building which we manage we may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you as follows:

  • Identity data such as your name and information necessary to verify your identity like a bank statement or references.

  • Contact data including your address, phone number and email address

  • Financial data such as bank account details if and when you send payments directly to us.

  • CCTV footage from the public spaces in the buildings we manage.

Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

How we use your personal data

We will only use your personal data for the purpose for which we collected it which includes the following:

  • To manage your tenancy on behalf of your landlord. We do this on the basis of your landlord’s legitimate interests to instruct a managing agent.

  • When viewing our bank statements to confirm we have received a payment from you. We do this on the basis of contractual obligation to provide the service which you have paid for.

  • For security purposes in the properties we manage through the use of CCTV. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest.

  • We may also use your data on the basis of legal obligation where necessary for compliance with a legal obligation that we are subject to

  • Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data. Although, we will get your consent before sending third party direct marketing communications to you via email or text message. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by contacting us.

  • Your landlord or agent

  • The police for crime prevention and law enforcement purposes. For example, allowing access to CCTV footage when reasonably requested.

Alternatively we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them, If a change happens t our business, then the ne owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.
